Finance & Fundraising Committee
MANDATE
The Finance and Fundraising Committee of Huntsville /Lake of Bays Lakes Council
· Assist in identifying funding sources
· Monitor the spending of funds
· Develop a clear policy for purpose of selection of sponsors
WORK PROGRAM 2010-2011
The work program for 2010 -2011 will include the following activities
· Secure funding for future projects such as “Lakeplan” development –how to implement a lakeplan, development of sanctuaries and other green plan concerns.
· Future “reserve fund” for support of lakes that need to address specific concerns pertaining to development and maintenance of “Lake planning”
MEMBERSHIP
· The membership should be four to six with representation from across Muskoka. Additional support may be required on specific projects
